Good morning subscribers and merrymakers! As promised, here is all you need for your holiday brunch, all in one place.

As I’ve mentioned many times before, my basic brunch formula — year-round, not just for the holidays — is usually something like:

Eggy Thing + Bagel & Lox Spread + Store-Bought Baked Good Thing + Salad

And so here is last week’s interpretation of that, which would work well for Christmas or New Year’s or Mother’s Day or Father’s Day or just an extra special Sunday. It serves 8.
