Gazpacho My Seattle friend Jenn planted this seed in my head yesterday which makes sense, considering it was 102°F earlier this week in her home town. (Thinking of you, Pacific Northwesterners!) This is the Seville-style version that’s pureed and silky, which I way prefer to the everything-diced, overly-onion-ized kind.
