It was written with the back-to-school grind in mind and I’m delighted with the line-up — healthy, substantive meals that still call on the last of our favorite summer MVPs. One piece of advice this week: Make vinaigrettes in advance and make them in bulk — it always feels good to have them waiting for you in the fridge, and this week’s menu calls for one almost every night.
