Spring-forward dinners, excellent gluten-free pasta, what Emma Straub is reading and loving right now
My dear dad wiped down the kitchen countertops every night when he came home from work whether they needed it or not😜
And my husband is a maniac with the stick vac when he comes home from work. Nevermind that the floors are already clean😝
Nice info especially the pizza.
Emma just radiates joy!
My question for Andy would be are there any living authors he wishes he could work with that he hasn’t? Even if they are in a diff publishing house (is that the right lingo?!) also- major office envy!
I am so sad that I'm not currently eating that pizza as I read this newsletter -- thank you for opening my eyes to a new way to eat my favorite food.
Haha, don't be sad: Make it tonight!
Thank you . . . chock full of good stuff. Sorry but Where is the recipe for straciatella sandwich
Oh that was misleading, I'm sorry! It was from Birley Bakery on the Upper East Side. If you want to make your own: Focaccia, pesto, thin layer mortadella, thin layer mozzarella. Here's a homemade focaccia if you're feeling ambitious: https://dinneralovestory.substack.com/i/141732038/1-homemade-focaccia-or-if-you-bake-it-they-will-come
Ah yes indeed, Jenny. Thank you
Emma Straub is joy in human form!☺️
