Greetings friends! Hope you all enjoyed your weekends. It was so beautiful here in New York, which means I spent mine hopping from park to park, blanket to bench, hanging with family, friends, and Big Swiss, a book both my daughters have been pleading with me to read since it came out a few years ago. (Says Phoebe: “If you liked All Fours you’ll like Big Swiss.”) The next few days look promising: There are all the Knicks playoff games, of course — here’s what I plan to eat in front of tonight’s game; my pal Adam Roberts and I are taking a little field trip to Wild Sorrel, the new cookbook store in the East Village; an invitation to this Suleika Jaouad-Priya Parker journaling workshop just landed in my inbox, so I’m trying to rearrange my Wednesday to attend. (Maybe I’ll see a few of you there?) And perhaps most exciting, this Thursday, May 21 (2:00 ET, 11:00 PT), What to Cook’s Caroline Chambers will be joining me for a Substack Live to talk all things Memorial Day and summer grilling and whateve…
