Thanks for reminding me how yummy and (relatively) easy lasagna is to assemble and eat.

I wish I could upload a photo of my *perfect* lasagna. It is fabulous. I was slogging through zoom meetings today while listening to the sleet, and when your email came thru and I saw “lasagna” in the subject line, I was done. I had a version of every ingredient on hand, plus the ability to make fresh ricotta (the best!) using Melissa Clark’s quick and easy recipe. The lasagna came out perfect, better than ever, and everyone enjoyed it. Thank you for perfectly timed emails. Have a great weekend!

I agree. Lasagna always satisfies. The marinara recipe looks good.

If I make this in the morning, how long would you recommend reheating it? We have like 30 minutes of crossover time where everyone is home tonight so I need to have something ready.

I see that my grocery store sells no boil lasagna and oven ready lasagna. Which one should I get please? Thank you!

I have lasagna issues, in that it never really lasagnas - the noodles slip off of each other and I end up with lasagna soup. What am I doing wrong? thanks from a DALS recipe every night family

11/4 cups of ricotta? Do you mean 2 and 3/4 cups?

So for the lasagna you put the same mixture on every layer?
