Haha. We’ve had two versions of a cheese forward pasta the past two nights (one heavy with Romano, the other a goat cheese sauce) because the grocery store has not been a priority and our vegetable drawers literally consist of carrots, celery (which my husband won’t eat) and lemons. There’s a bag of peas in the freezer, but he won’t eat those either. We’re in Wisconsin but literally had no melty cheese to make a naan pizza. I will be forced to go to the store after work today 😂
Ordered, so excited! Not vegetarian related, but last night I put your yogurt chicken on Baked By Melissa's green goddess salad and it was an amazing combination of two of my favs!
What exciting news! Love your recipes, love your blog and emails. It’s just my husband and me most nights and we are getting used to a new diabetes diagnosis for him. I would love to eat less meat/more vegetarian but am really nervous how it will effect his blood sugar without meat/protein to balance it out. He typically runs high sugar. (Not fans of tofu so that’s not an option and he also doesn’t eat fish). Any thoughts?
