This may be off topic but your trip to Maine inspired me to plan one of my own this summer. We are headed to Acadia NP! I was wondering if you'd share some of your itinerary- I'd love some tips. Hoping to make a stop in Portland and a visit to Eventide. That chowder looks amazing.
Yay! This might actually be the cookbook I’ve been looking for (except I can’t have dairy, but I’m used to figuring that out). We moved to the NH seacoast last spring, and while we threw everything on the grill for as long as we could tolerate cooking outside (awfully exciting after 8 yrs in Manhattan), at some point this winter I realized I could actually still shop the local seafood market and cook it inside. I’ve been on the hunt for a local-New England-seafood cookbook ever since. This sounds like a great place to start- any other recs welcome!
