This isn’t a *perfect* solution, but the tomato tart looks like it’s begging to travel in a pie plate!

If you’ve ever heard of Schaum Torte, you’d definitely recommend strawberries for your pavlova. (Perhaps make them an individual serving size.)

One pan farro and tomato from Smitten Kitchen is a great way to use up tomato's this time of year. I can eat this as a main but my family likes to have salmon or chicken "on the side" :)
