Really smart move with that Dandelion Advent calendar - the QR codes linking to maker stories transforms a typical chocolate sampler into something way more interesting. Finding that Nebraska chocolatier through it feels like the right kind of discovery engine, and way better than just scrolling trough endless Insta ads tbh.
Pasadena! Vroman’s Bookstore or similar would be a fun meeting place - we get great cookbook authors through here and I’m sure there would be a terrific turnout.
please come to Los Angeles!! Ideally NELA so I don't have to drive too far :). There's an adorable cooking accessories store in Eagle Rock called Parchment Paper that would be perfect for an DALS event (and they're accompanying cheese store called Milkfarm). Or Cookbook? Or Vromans? Or Skylight? Or this adorable new picnic shop in Echo Park called Felix & Pierre's. So many great food places and shoppy shops where I'm sure your fans would love to hang.
I don’t know where I left my comment…but could you come to Cape Cod? I drank my coffee out of an East Fork mug today, and I’m a retired librarian, so those should be incentives too!
Vermont is calling! The Tillerman is always a great spot as is the Mad River Valley nearby. Would love a meetup!
How about the original East Fork store in Asheville, NC? :)
Atlanta please!! (We’re a beacon of light in the South, I promise—though I also promise there other southern beacons if you know where to look)

Yes!! All great ideas :)
how about a trip to East Fork in Asheville! Maybe like your Italian trip but in western NC! eating/cooking tour of Asheville? sign me up!

So jelly of the NYC crew that can meet with you! I cook some peppers and onions for my meatball subs.
Please come to Chicago! Katie Parla was here last month. She hosted a book signing at Cellar Door Provisions which is the definition of cozy🥰
Come to Ottawa! If you time it right, you could also skate on the Rideau Canal. Black Squirrel Books would be a perfect venue ...
i’ve skated on the canal before and i would make this trip!
Please come to San Francisco! I'm happy to help organize if you do :)
San Francisco! San Francisco! San Francisco! Our bagels may not be as good but the Dandelion Factory is here and does tours...
Ohh I'm jealous of the NY peeps. I'm in Edmonton Alberta (so a Loooongg way away). But we have some beautiful food type places (Duchess anyone?).
So very jealous of your New York meet up!! Sounds wonderful. Please come to Ireland x
