I made your crunchy slaw, and the people in my family turned in Vikings, shoving and pushing and warring on each other in the rush to fill their plates. I got ONE bowl of it. Am making it again today. One Viking asked me to add bacon but I banished her to the outer dark for such insolence. I'm going to make the mustard potato salad today, and maybe my mama's version as well--with boiled Russet potatoes added while hot to a waiting bath of mayo, a splash of white vinegar and a crop of sweet gherkins and chopped onions. Yummm.
