Last night I went to an event with the author of Solito. He was so incredible that I had to buy his book immediately. I hope there is a stop on his tour near you.

Jenny. I have such fond memories of you and Danny so many years ago. Did you babysit for us??

Amy, hello and YES! I follow Danny on social media so I feel like I'm a little caught up with him. Hope you and George are well! Love seeing your name here! xoxoxox

I SO appreciate the GF/DF list and what goes along with it (on my way out of my own mysterious gut health journey and that was one of the routes that I have taken as well, though similarly, not sure that it helped but!).

I am in a small town in Ma. Helping with my grandchildren. I went into World Eye bookstore in Greenfield and there was Weekday Vegetarians. So cool to see.

Tertulia looks like a fun app! And I’m looking forward to reading Solito. Thanks for the bookish suggestions, as well as always wonderful food ideas! Have been making your feta/roasted tomato tart for anyone who has come to visit this summer. Wonderful way to use up all the tomatoes from the garden. And everyone feels they’re getting an extra special, fancy dinner.

I’m at the beach with a large group of 25 and looking for a dinner idea tonight. It’s fall, but still warm here so I’m considering flank steak and your pasta with corn and tomatoes. Any other ideas for a big group?

We have house guests arriving today that are gluten, nut, and corn free. I was just looking through Weekday Vegetarians for inspiration.

One question, what would you substitute for the corn starch to make crispy tofu corn-free? Would potato starch work? Is there a better sub?
