Congratulations Jenny and team. I first found your through DALS and have valued you as a reliable recipe resource ever since, not to mention book suggestions and cocktails! I too find myself returning to Pork Ragu (my son's favorite) and many of the OG recipes. But I also enjoy your newer, vegetarian options. All this is a long-winded way of saying I truly appreciate your work and look forward to what comes next. Well done!
Love your newsletter and recipes. As a vegan, always happy to see people eating healthier. Just one little suggestion---read The Cheese Trap by Dr. Neal Barnard. Just might make even more life changes for you and your family. P.S. I absolutely loved cheese before I became a vegan about a decade ago. His book makes giving it up much easier.
Loved the original book, and loved the new one too. I use it as a starting point in our house of many needs: I'm allergic to nuts, quinoa, and oats; my husband is coeliac; and my son is both coelica and IBS, and eats a FODMAP diet. So here we don't eat any nuts, wheat, oats, quinoa, legumes, soy, or alliums... it can make plant-based eating a bit of a challenge! But we're flexible LOL! Cubes of squash or sweet potato sub happily for beans in a lot of dishes; we make the most of spices, herbs, and chilis; and sometimes we just add the meat back in. Your books are a delightful inspiration :)

I love your dogs.... I have 3 Boston Terriers!!
I'm impressed. That is a lot of dog energy in one house!
