So happy to see you include your latke recipe! I have struggled over the years with making them, and I get conflicting advice (drain them! don't drain! drain but add back some of the starch!). So this year, I decided to see if Jenny had a latke recipe. And hooray, you did and it was easy and my latkes were perfect! I do not like cutting (or eating) onions, so I loved the onion powder, which was yummy. The texture was perfect... Anyway, thank you for everything. I just bought another copy of Weekday Vegetarians to gift to my daughter. :)
