Thanks for the shout out for For The Culture. Dr. Harris's work has been popping up in my reading lately and I was thrilled to see her featured. I immediately placed an order for the first issue. I would have completely missed this if not for your mention.

The potato pizza looks delicious! Did you put cheese on yours? If so, what kind? The linked recipe does not include cheese. I think my family would want the cheese!

This was my first time making crisp tofu without all of it sticking to the pan! Great technique.

I have a frozen pizza dough ball in the freezer that is calling out to be used. Will try this trick.
