Looking at your daughter’s comic isn’t an indulgence on the part of your readers - it’s truly our pleasure bc it’s really quite brilliant. No need to sell her short by suggesting we’d unfollow you - as if!
I teach 8th grade ELA and there is very little time for poetry in our designed curriculum, which I think is devastating. My students just finished doing research on poet and your daughter's work is wonderful and inspiring. More people should see this and be exposed!
And to say, I loved the NYT 100. I'll be listening to Pete Wells. Restaurant lists seem to be changing for the better in most places: broader, more inclusive. It did also remind me that I've not been to New York since 2011 when my stay was extended by a week due to Hurricane Irene (also the week that an earthquake hit the east coast).
Love love love when you share Phoebe’s comics. This may be my favorite one yet. Also can’t wait to try the curry and the viral salmon. Thanks as always for the inspiration!!
I really love Phoebe's comic and Emily. When visiting Amherst I always want to knock on her door too :) Please share more...maybe a regular feature? I also have a random question. I will be visiting Sicily in the fall and want to read up on history, art, food etc. Since it's a place you've visited do you have any book recommendations? Thanks Jenny!
Pairing your daughter's comic with my book is perfection. Humor is evergreen! Thank you.
I think you should post MORE of your daughter's wonderful work!

I always wondered what was in the suitcase : )
Right? All that bloodshed over it makes sense now!

I have a poem-a-day-for-two-years teenager and I LOVE this illustration! When is Phoebe's book coming out? (oh, and the salmon looks good too) <3
Love the comic! The Dickinson show on Apple TV a couple years ago was delightful- check it out if you haven’t seen it :)
I think it was thru Cup of Jo that I found your daughter's comics on instagram - they are genius and you should be so very proud!
